Consists of a frame bearing a movable rod with a cap at top and a vicat mould in the form of the frustum of a cone 80 +/- 5mm at the base, 70 +/- 5mm at the top and 40 +/- 0.2mm high, and with a glass base plate of minimum 2.5mm thickness. Plungers and needles of different size are supplied with various models of vicat apparatus as per standard specifications. The apparatus include one each of Vicat Mould, Glass Base Plate, Initial Needle, Final Needle, Consistency Plunger.

It consists of a small split cylinder forming a mould 30mm internal dia and 30mm high. On either side of the split cylinder, two parallel indicating arms with pointed ends are fixed. The mould is supplied complete with to glass plate and lead weight.

Le- Chatelier Water Bath :

This Autoclave is suitable for conducting accelerated soundness tests on cements or the autoclave expansion test, requiring constant steam pressure with the corresponding constant temperature.

It consists of a stainless steel cylinder with an insulated cover, mounted on a sturdy supporting frame, enclosed in a heat insulated metal housing. The attached control until encloses a sensitivity pressure regulator and pressure gauge, power switches and pilot lamps for controlling the electric heating units.
